Frequently Asked Questions
What primary services do you offer?
Residential Cleaning Services Only. We do not clean offices, churches or commercial places.
What are the rates of your services?
Prices may vary depending on the size, type, bedrooms, pets and other considerations of your home.
Do you provide the supplies?
Customers provide all supplies including paper towels and rags, except vacuum cleaners. One reason for this is because people like to use different cleaning products.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
We guarantee our services according to what has been agreed. In case the client is not satisfied with the work, we can offer a second visit to guarantee what we promised.
Do you work with Natural Supplies ?
Some customers like to use natural products to clean their homes and we are fine with that in some areas except Kitchen Floors and Bathrooms which require a stronger cleaner.
What type of product do you use to clean bathrooms?
It is more difficult to clean bathrooms with natural cleaners. So we need to use stronger products and unfortunately more chemicals in bathrooms to clean hard water, mold and mildew.
How about the payments ?
Payments can be made at the end of each job performed, however, payments can be advanced for the entire month if desired.
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo and ZELLE.
What if I need to cancel my Cleaning ?
We seek to maintain an excellent relationship with our customers by fulfilling our promises and being flexible with work, days and hours. We understand that cancellations need to be made from time to time, however we ask customers to keep these to a minimum as our employees are dependent on work every day.
What services are not performed?
We do not clean garages, windows, attics, walls, inside cabinets or shelves with lots of embellishments or crystals. We do not move heavy furniture. We don't take books off the shelf to clean. We do not clean inside the closets.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. - Despite having a consistent schedule, we do not have contracts with our customers.
Do you work at evenings or weekends?
Our business hours are from Mondays thru Fridays, from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Are you insured?
Yes.
